Under this two-year appointment, EPB-Tech is authorised to provide manufacturing services using MX3D M-Systems and to promote and sell MX3D-manufactured systems in Malaysia. This partnership marks a significant milestone in advancing industrial-scale metal additive manufacturing within the region.
Scope of Appointment
As part of the appointment, EPB-Tech is authorised to:

Promote and market MX3D’s manufactured products and systems

Support the marketing of the Fieldnote digital inventory system in Malaysia
This collaboration enables EPB-Tech to introduce MX3D’s Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) technology to key industries including oil & gas, energy, heavy engineering, marine, and infrastructure.
Strengthening Malaysia’s Advanced Manufacturing Capability
MX3D’s M-Systems represent a new generation of robotic metal 3D printing solutions, enabling large-scale, high-strength metal components to be produced with reduced lead times and material waste.
Through this partnership, EPB-Tech will serve as the local industrial interface supporting market education, customer engagement, and commercial coordination while ensuring accurate communication of MX3D technology capabilities and operational parameters.
The appointment also reinforces EPB-Tech’s commitment to responsible and ethical representation of MX3D’s technology, operating within clearly defined commercial and communication frameworks aligned with MX3D’s global standards.
Digital Integration: Fieldnote Inventory System
Beyond hardware systems, the appointment includes the marketing of Fieldnote, MX3D’s digital inventory platform. Fieldnote enables companies to manage certified digital part inventories and streamline on-demand manufacturing strategies a key enabler for supply chain resilience and spare parts optimisation.
